DC² Atelier Brand Usage Policy

This Brand Usage Policy governs the use of the DC² Atelier brand, including all logos, trademarks, designs, apparel graphics, product concepts, phrases, candle labels, accessories, home goods, website content, and visual assets (collectively, the “Brand Assets”).

Brand Ownership

All Brand Assets are the exclusive property of DC² Atelier, a brand under Daniela Crenshaw. Use of any Brand Assets does not grant ownership or rights of any kind.

Permitted Use

You may:

Share DC² Atelier content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided credit is clearly given and no content is altered.
Tag or mention DC² Atelier in reviews or testimonials without modifying brand visuals.

Prohibited Use

You may not, without prior written permission:

Use DC² Atelier logos, designs, or phrases on products for sale
Reproduce or imitate DC² Atelier apparel, candle designs, or accessories
Use Brand Assets in advertising, promotions, or endorsements
Alter, distort, recolor, or modify logos or brand visuals
Use DC² Atelier branding in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement

Commercial & Manufacturing Use

Manufacturers, collaborators, influencers, retailers, or partners must receive written authorization or a licensing agreement before using any DC² Atelier Brand Assets.

Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

DC² Atelier reserves the right to:

Request removal of unauthorized brand usage
Issue takedown notices
Pursue legal remedies where applicable
