Thank you so much for supporting DanielaCrenshaw.com! Every product and service is created with prayer, intention, and personal attention to detail. For anything other than digital items, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel and we will honor your request. Because of the custom, print-to-order, and digital nature of what we offer, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of the following:

Self-published books, journals, or digital materials (including e-books, PDFs, and downloads)

Custom or print-to-order items

Homemade cookies or other edible goods (for health and safety reasons)

Coaching sessions (business, relationship, or faith-based coaching)

Each purchase directly supports our creative and coaching mission, and because items are made or prepared specifically for you, we cannot resell or reuse them once your order has been placed.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you notice an error in your shipping address, product selection, or booking details, contact us immediately at info@danielacrenshaw.com. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

Coaching Services

All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked. You may, however, request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting info@danielacrenshaw.com. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed.

Digital Products

Because digital downloads and materials are instantly accessible upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds once they have been delivered.

Processing & Shipping Times

During high-demand seasons, processing may take additional days.

📘 Printed Journals & Physical Books

Printed journals are made-to-order.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for production + delivery since our current printer is in the UK. You may also find our products on Amazon KDP.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple item types (such as cookies + journals + stickers, etc), they may arrive in separate packages based on processing and production times.

Delays

We work diligently to meet all shipping timeframes. However, delays may be caused by:
